Navigation & mowing

How does the robot navigate and avoid obstacles?

Satellite RTK positioning combined with an onboard camera and image processing. The robot recognises fixed and moving obstacles, adjusts its path in real time, and refines its routes over successive mows. Precise navigation, with no perimeter wire.

What lawn size can the mower handle?

Each model covers a defined surface area. Multiple lawns, narrow passages, slopes: the mapping adapts to the actual layout of your property.

How does it handle several separate areas?

You define each zone in the app. The robot remembers distinct areas and links them automatically, or treats them independently depending on your settings. Paths and narrow passages are set as transit corridors.

What happens in rain or when it meets an unexpected obstacle?

Built-in detection and automatic weather handling. The robot pauses, moves around the obstacle, or resumes its cycle as needed, then returns to its charging station on its own.

Is any grass left along the edges?

A margin of a few centimetres remains along obstacles, as with every robot mower. An offset cutting deck and a dedicated edge mode keep this to a minimum; an occasional pass with a trimmer handles the finish.

Setup & control

How long does setup take?

A single mapping session is enough. You define your zones from the app, the base station is positioned, and the robot is operational within the day. No groundwork, no professional installation required.

Can I monitor and control mowing remotely?

Full control from the app: start, scheduling, priority zones, history. You stay in charge of maintenance wherever you are.

Does it work at night? Is it noisy?

Mowing can be scheduled for the time slots you choose. Noise stays contained, suitable for evening use without disturbing neighbours. Schedules are set zone by zone in the app.

What if it gets stolen?

The robot is protected by a PIN code and a locating feature. Outside its zone or without the code, it locks and becomes unusable. [Adjust to the model's actual features — geolocation, alarm, lock.]

Maintenance, purchase & support

What routine maintenance is needed?

Regular cleaning of the cutting deck and periodic blade replacement — wear parts available separately. For winter, dry storage is enough; the robot restarts on its own when growth resumes.

What warranty and support are provided?

Can I return my order?

14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Returned in original condition: refund once the return is received and verified. The return procedure is provided with each request. See Shipping & returns.

Is it too late to buy outside spring?

Grass keeps growing into autumn. Set it up now and the robot maintains your lawn for the rest of the season, then restarts on its own in spring. Buying outside the spring peak also means shorter lead times and available stock.
