About the role

You'll oversee the day-to-day flow of orders — from supplier dispatch to final delivery — making sure every Yuno parcel reaches its customer on time and tracked.

What you'll do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers
• Track orders end-to-end and resolve delivery issues
• Monitor stock levels and flag restocking needs
• Keep shipping data clean and up to date
• Work with customer support to solve delivery cases

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in logistics, supply chain or fulfilment
• Comfortable with tracking tools and spreadsheets
• Detail-oriented, organised, calm under pressure
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
