When will my order ship?

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original condition. Once we receive it, your refund is processed to the original payment method.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@yuno.com with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions and address.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued once your return is received and checked. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.
