TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the Yuno website.

1. SCOPE
These terms apply to all orders placed on our site. By ordering, the customer accepts them in full.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICES
Products are described and priced as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in [EUR/your currency], taxes included where applicable. Yuno reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect at the time of order.

3. ORDER
The sale is confirmed once the customer receives the order confirmation email. Yuno reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issue or suspected fraud.

4. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.

5. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy (processing 1–3 business days + delivery 8–14 business days). Delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation unless required by law.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. Conditions are detailed in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. WARRANTY
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law (Code de la consommation and Code civil).

8. LIABILITY
Yuno cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or refer the matter to the competent French courts.
