Every product sold by Yuno comes with the statutory guarantees provided under EU consumer law, independently of any commercial guarantee. These guarantees are free and binding on the seller.
Legal guarantee of conformity

From delivery of the goods. Any lack of conformity appearing within this period is presumed to have existed at delivery.
Guarantee against hidden defects
2 years
From discovery of the defect. Entitles you to a refund or a price reduction.
What the conformity guarantee covers
Goods are considered non-conforming if they don't match the description, lack the stated qualities, or are unfit for the expected use of such a product. In case of non-conformity, you can request:
- Repair or replacement of the product, free of charge.
- Failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale (refund against return).
- You don't have to prove the origin of the defect: during the covered period, it is presumed to be our responsibility.
Where a product is repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the repaired item benefits from a six-month extension of the original guarantee.
How to make a claim
- Write to support@yuno-official.com with your order number and a description of the problem (photos or video if possible).
- We run a remote diagnosis and trigger the handling: repair, part, or replacement depending on the case.
- Costs relating to a defect covered by the legal guarantee are fully on us.
