If a bag isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back, as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. No pressure, no rush — take the time to be sure.

As soon as your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we process your refund to the original payment method. Your bank may then take a few days to show it on your statement.
